Since school, I’ve always known that my friends are giving and selfless. But when they told us that they started tutoring Rohingya refugees, it became even easier to love and respect them even more!

My amazing amazing amazing friends are organising a fundraiser this weekend for a refugee school who have recently lost their funding. This fundraiser aims to collect enough money to get them through the first semester next year while they find another funder.
About The Cause:
As with many refugee community schools, the struggle to cover daily and monthly financial needs of educating and feeding ~30 refugee children as well as adults on evenings and weekends are real for the Rohingya Refugee Education Centre or RREC, and currently depend on heavily on donations from kind individuals to survive.
The Hope Bazaar is a charity bazaar that seeks to help ease the financial burden of the school as we ease into the new school year and is organised by Amaniah Sustainable Crafts and a group of volunteers who have worked with the school.
Participating vendors will donate a minimum of 20% from sales to the school.
So if you’re free this weekend, please make way to the Hope Bazaar! Every little bit counts! and don’t forget to have fun!
